Following a distressing time for me, I contacted Norclear to preform a house clean. I spoken to the gentleman a couple of times, first to fix the date, them to move the date and both times I found him friendly and very helpful. Once we arrange the date and I meet him, he was punctual and professional and came ready to start. After reviewing the required work, they starting the clearance removing all the items and leaving the place clean with no dust or dirt behind. All I can say is a heartfelt thank you to Steve and his team. I honestly can’t recommend this clearance company highly enough. From start to finish, the service was exceptional. What could have been an overwhelming and emotional process, (clearing my mum’s very messy home ready for sale), was handled with such care, kindness, and professionalism. Nothing was too much trouble, and every step was approached with sensitivity and respect. They were incredibly efficient, organised, and hardworking, but what really stood out was how genuinely kind and understanding they were throughout. They went above and beyond to help me, making a difficult time so much easier to manage. If you’re looking for a team you can truly trust, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. We used Norclear for our house move today and couldn’t be happier with the incredible service we received. They were all friendly, professional, and fast working. Our date was changed last minute but Aaron and his team were so flexible and accommodating that it really helped with the stress levels! Was a little nervous about the fact that all the reviews here were 5 stars, looked a bit too good to be true. Glad to confirm they are all deserved! Steve was great to deal with and he and his team were utmost professionals. Cleared double garage I'd been using as a repository for clearing my parents' house over the past 8 months and left it swept and completely spotless, including loft space, all within 3 hours or so. Had 2 sheds cleared out. The guys were friendly and worked extremely hard. Left the shed clean was amazed when they finished,  reasonable rates , definitely recommend and will use again
