Where do I start??? I don't usually leave reviews, but I had to make an exception in this case. Steve and his team completely cleared the property from top to bottom, including both garages and sheds, and left everywhere clean. They started first thing in the morning and finished at 10pm. We needed to move a heavy armchair from the property to our house a few miles away and Steve immediately offered to do it for free the following day. I have given Norclear details to our solicitor in case anyone needs a reliable house clearance company. Thank you Steve....a first class service.

Worked so hard

We booked the team to clear home and outbuildings. They arrived on time and we felt confident leaving them to do the job. In 9 hours they had completed the job. The house was swept clean, the outbuildings left as we had found them over 40 years ago. Offered to take a few additional items. Friendly and professional, they all worked very hard on a warm day to complete the task. Compared to other clearance options, certainly the best value for our situation. Would definitely recommend. Fabulous job

Outstanding service.

My son booked a firm to move the contents of his flat to storage on the day before the new tenant was due to move in. The firm had taken a £200 deposit - but they didn’t show up. The estate agent suggested my son try Norclear. Aaron at Norclear made time for us, and within a few hours he and Ben had moved the contents of the flat to their van and even swept up. They saved the day! They worked efficiently and treated his belongings with care. On top of that, they were kind and good-natured, even offering to drop me at the station on their way out of town. If I could give them 10 stars, I would!

Outstanding

Omg that’s all I can really say as that sums the service given exactly. Having to empty my mums home was painful enough, I explained that I was disabled and couldn’t do much, they said to me don’t worry we will take care of it for you. Been back today, house completely cleared including bin bag in outside bin, not a hair left on the carpets, cupboards cleared and cleaned, never have I been so impressed with any other service received. Fantastic

From the start really good communication. They worked really hard and did a fantastic job. Nothing was too much trouble. They even organised a full clean for me to prepare the house ready for exchange of contracts. Highly recommend these guys and I would definitely use them again.
